I am 13 years old with less than 32A breasts. I am also only 5 feet tall but have size 71/2 feet and large hands as well (by large i mean just not in proportion with my arms, which are long in proportion to my body). I have a formal dance coming up, but I do not fill out any dress. My parents won't let me get a waterbra or fake boobs. Is there anything that I can do to maybe help the whole puberty thing off? I am so behind everybody at school, heightwise, breasts wise, etc. The only thing i have going towards a womanly body is I have nice curvy waist and hips.

You're only thirteen so don't stress too much. Yes, some girls develop when they're nine or ten but, equally, you'll get others who won't becomg more 'womanly' until they're fifteen or sixteen. You're rather average in that, from your description, your body is beginning to change (you have curves) but you need to give everything time.
In regards to your height, I'd get your mother to make an appointment with the doctor purely to ease your anxiety but I'm sorry to say that it actually sounds fine. Not every woman is destined to be five foot eight; you're quite average in terms of being five foot tall (especially if your parents, elder siblings or grandparents were a bit on the shorter side).
There is nothing you can really do to kick start puberty other than just eat heathily and let nature take it's course. Only if you're getting to sixteen or seventeen and nothing has happened will a doctor start to consider hormone treatment. You're far too young for that.
For your dance, have you considered a pair of nice heels? And if your parents won't allow you to get a gel bra, what about trying to persuade them to let you wear a lightly padded bra instead?

Sorry, your boobs will come when they're ready. They may not come at all. I've always had small boobs, and thought I wanted implants... nothing huge... just bigger.
As long as your very clever about it.... go ahead an stuff your bra. I've done it for years. Make sure that whatever you use doesn't slip out while you're dancing. ('cause that would be embarrasing)
Don't stuff too much, or people will notice, and they'll just make fun of you for years to come!!
I went from a 34 small B to a 36 DD when I got pregnant. Big boobs are a pain in the back, and actually get in the way. My boobs have gone back down to their original size, and I'm glad to have them back!! Learn to love what you've got, or what you're gonna get.

That is not small for a 13 year old, when i was thirteen i was probably less! at least your an a not an aa that's a training bra size. it doesn't matter how big or small your bra size is everyone is different- just ignore those guys the`ll get over it. And your only thirteen, may be your just developing late.

no unfortunalty there is nothing you can do. som eppl are just on the smlaler side and theres ntohing you can really do about it unless you want to be fake and get plastic sugery. i have size 34C but i would def rather be 32a than get boob implants. dont owrry if you dont fill out your dress. be yourself! and anyway some girls are just late bloomers you no? theres nothing anyone or anythign can really do about it. technically womens breast keep growing til you are about 20. so you have 7 years of growing still to do. hope this helps :]

Thats normal... you just havent hit your growth spurt yet. You don't need to have a waterbra or fake boobs. Some people just bloom later than others. You dont have to get a dress that shows any cleavage... you don't need it if ur 13.

Good luck...there's not a whole lot you can do naturally, you still have a ways to go as far as growing, but my mom's a size 32 AAA and has never gotten bigger than a AA, even after having me & my brother. Give it some time, you're still growing!

Some guys like small boobs... You might meet one at the dance. However, if you get the bra, you will attract the wrong kind of guy, or your guy may ditch you as soon as he discovers they are fake.

im 13 too but i dont have that problem,thats probably because all of the
women in my family have kinda
large boobs lol but umm idk what
to tell you because if they wont let you get fake boobs or a waterbra get a extremely
thick padded bra.
