I need to open an envolope but i want to do it so that nobody knows that i opened it... like how would i lift the flap when its stuck on without ripping the envolope?

put the envelope in the freezer so the sticky part will freeze and then use a butter knife and slide it across the envelope and it should open up and reseal just fine.

best way to do it is to put it in a pot of water for a few seconds, and then pull it out before the inside stuff can get wet, the envelope should come open for you. Now the trick is to dry it out with a blow dryer before you put the inside stuff back in. Once done glue it shut. Then make it look like your bringing it in with the next days mail or something, and say hmmm wonder what happened to this one. Its fool proof. Trust me.

Like the last person wrote, steam it. Stand over a tea kettle and hold the envelope over it. Then just put a dab of glue to close it. The envelope might get a little wrinkly, though, so be forewarned. Hope you're opening something you shouldn't be for good and not evil!!

Spies use a special liquid that is available on the internet. Don't know where it is sold or how it works. An envelope turns clear when it is poured on an envelope. It leaves no residue and dries quickly.
By the way, it is a bad idea what you want to do

put a pot of water to boil and then use the steam to unstick the glue and walla . .its open

It is ILLEGAL to open someone else's mail. You could go to jail for mail tampering. Leave it alone.
