the only 100 percent effective way is to not have sex

Of course the obvious answer everyone is going to say is abstinance. But we have to be real, most people are going to have sex before marriage. There are a couple of ways that could help. There is this thing called a diaphragm(you'll have to ask your mom about that b/c I dont know how those work). And you have condoms which you could make your partner put on. Those have like an 90% chance that you won't get pregnant. Then you have birth control pills. And a last effort is this thing called "The Morning After Pill". If your man isn't using a condom and ejaculates inside of you, then the next day or the "morning after" go to your doctor and ask for one of these. I dont think you have to have parental consent. If a sperm fertilized the egg then it will destroy whatever has started to grow (sounds harsh, but thats what it does).

Hope this helped.

Abstinence is the only absolute way to prevent pregnancy.

I think the best way to prevent pregnancy is to make sure you put on the condom before engaging in sex. Your pre-ejaculate has enough sperm to get a someone pregnant. To increase your chances of avoiding pregnancy have make sure the female is taking the pill as well. Good luck! Ryan

Here are my suggestions:

1. Don't have sex.
2. Get your ovaries removed.
3. Become a lesbian.
4. Join a convent.
5. Take birth controll pills, use a diaphram, and have him wear a condom, then stay fully clothed.

No form of contraceptive, save abstinence, is 100% effective.

No to be flip- but avoiding intercourse is the only 100% effective way!
Next best is tubal litagation or vasectomy, followed by IUD's.
Condoms are a must with any kind of sex with a partner who you have been with less than 5 years, no matter what other method you use.
Best Wishes!

The most effective one will be condoms if you use it through the whole intercourse. It won't be 100% effective but the success rate is about 97%.
