I purely offered a 1990 civic DX hatchback approximately 2 or so months returned it had 250,000kms large sparkling and an o.e.m deck. I paid 1800 for this and so some distance has had no problems with it. purely so which you be attentive to those autos do burn oil yet its growing to be greater uncommon i dont be attentive to why, mine doesent. i could say thats an somewhat solid deal yet be absolutly specific that's what he says it is. btw its an somewhat relaxing automobile :) purely dont take **** from different autos who cant see you on the line lol

if u can explain what sort of "not starting" maybe u can get more accurate answers, if the engine is spinning on starter and wont start it might be something to do with fuel pump, but 15-16 year old low spec car, creating problems means asking to be scrapped.

It is what is known as a "Banger" (a cheap car that you run into the ground)

Judging by its age it is probably beyond economical repair.
Don't spend anymore money on it, get a new one.
