Talk to your doctor if you are on an anti-depressant before you stop taking it. It is important to wean yourself off the current medication and to avoid having a re-bound effect.

I suggest trying acupuncture, eating a healthy diet, regular cardiovascular exercise, a regular sleep schedule and meditation/yoga.

I, too, have endometreosis & I even have five sons, two of which can be twins! You is also getting your interval, however on the other hand might be no longer. It's rough to mention. When I used to be first pregnant ( I did not recognise but ) I could cramp up as though my interval had been coming, nevertheless it did not. Lucky for me my intervals had been like clockwork, so if I used to be an afternoon or 2 past due I could recognise I used to be pregnant in spite of the cramping. Endometreosis does not constantly make you infertile as I am dwelling evidence of that, but if ladies are identified with it I would not waste any time on getting began on a loved ones if that is what you wish. Good Luck!!
