Especially if you aren't used to it, or if it was rough, anal sex can lead to some uncomfortable situations for awhile after. The trauma can cause irritation to the area, making it feel as if you have to constantly have a bowel movement, and producing more gas than normal. My advice would be to keep an eye on what's going on down there. If nothing comes out for longer than a day, or if whatever does come out is bloody or black - see a doctor immediately. It all depends on the person. I personally do not enjoy it and find it to be very painful and uncomfortable. I do have friends who get a lot of pleasure out of it and love it. I have found that you need to use the restroom more often afterwards, especially if you use lube.
