the adults have to have a lot of points, but you also have to make them flirt a lot. Then when they get a heart on the relationship bar you have to make them both relax in the bed, maybe have them make out and then have them woohoo. your sim can do this with as many sims as he/she wants as long as they are in love.

depends if they are in like college then they have to be engaged most of the time. Adults I think they have to be in love and have extremley high points
