Google searches are very fruitful. That is where I found that Lake Victoria lies on the equator. I already kneew that the Nile runs south to north because I have been to Egypt and spent a week or so floating on the Nile.

Columbia is the capital of S Carolina (again, google searcg).

google map search for Iraq is above

Laos is in SE Asia, while Switzerlands main feature is the Alps....hmmmm...which one would be warmer year round.....If you still don't know, look up altitudes of the two countries on...google!

cbghvrhs is absolutly correct. An A+ for that one. Each and every answer is right. But I wonder will you remember next week. That's why they tell you to look it up you'll remember more and be more intelligent in the long run if you look things us for yourself. www.ask.com is one of the best search engines out there. The little binoculor icon, if you hoover your mouse over it it gives your a thumbnail of the first page. Cool, huh?

Ohh thats easy. u should do it yourself. The whole point of this exercise is to teach you how to read a map. You are cheating yourself out of an education if you do it like this.

First one is Lake Victoria.
