I have answered someone like this before, although i love to tell people about it, i don't want to go into detail right now, but trust me, its completey safe, just make sure you are there to make sure she puts in all the right info, especially her age, for example if she under 13 they wont let her chat with anyone unless you do the required thing and sign a consent form. Neopets does not allow the following, talk about anything religious, swearing, porn, or links on their website leading you to other places. At the same time its a really wonderful world that you as a parent or guardian can get hooked on too!

Does she watch Nickelodeon? Try Nick.com, they look to have a lot of games on there. Start with her favorite TV shows, do a search on them, or the station they are on, and see if there are games that are related to it.

www.addictinggames.com has a lot of games. They aren't elaborate, they are kindof like mini games. Some would be appropriate for her, and some wouldn't.
