Are you asking dissociation of CaCl2 in water, seperately from sodium bicarbonate? Or are they in the same solution?

CaCl2 + NaHCO3 ===> CaCO3 + NaCl + HCl

Pardon, there is no dissolution. Calcium carbonate precipitates. The other species remain in solution.

CaCl3 + NaCo3---> CaCo3 + NaCl
