Lol - no, it's not Paris. Paris is filled with.....I'll just stop right there!

I have a few stand out romantic places:

Vanuatu
Cable Beach at Sunset
A beachfront Bure in Sabah
Amsterdam in Summer time (certain parts, that is)
Cyprus
Good old Yarra Valley - nothing like a cosy B&B in winter time (think of the Run, Rabbit, Run ad)

Sorry, it is Paris without a doubt. I don't understand exactly why, but the same rain that I cursed in London was suddenly an excuse for a romantic walk with my husband. Maybe it's because the city is just so full of life and seems like it belongs to a different time. The teenage girls are still wearing long socks and plaid skirts and playing jumprope and jacks. The toy stores are full of games and dolls. There wasn't a video game to be found there. The food is a sensual experience all it's own. The streets are narrow and often cobbled. And let's face it...there's something about the language which makes women melt.

lol. I used to say Paris but now I think it's Italy. The boats running in the canal, under the stars. Anything outdoors is romantic because it's all natural and I love nature.

The most romantic place in the world is the place where you and your love tell each other of your love for the first time.

In the arms of my man.

(go ahead and scream - lol - tis the truth) Well for ME anyway.

A place? I'd say on top of the Empire State Building at night - looking out over the city lights - I've been everywhere - that does it for me just fine.

Right next to my spouse in bed, or on the couch, or sitting side by side at our computers, or walking down the street talking. ANYWHERE you are with the 'right person' should be romantic. Otherwise, some places might be 'romantic' to one person and not to the next.

anyplace that is serene for me. I thought some places in south korea were very romantic. I also love Asheville NC. It has more to do with the interests of the two people and where they can feel comfy. (me and my husband love these places)
