im going to have to say that it was a kayfabe,and he was back stage watching the whole thing.

Mostly all storylines and some injuries are kayfabe. I think he was backstage. Edge performs the conchairto nicely, he just hits the chair instead of his head, then Flair sells it.

I think it was fake and he was really in real life backstage. Raw showed him @ the Hospital

likely backstage chillin. you do know that wrestling is 100% fake, right?. injuries do happen but most of the time its all fake

sorry i dont know because i didnt watch raw last night. to tell you the truth i dont care about raw i only care about smackdown. raw sucks.
