Given that year of Chevy, i'd say they are in panels that come off of each end of the dashboard. Open the door on the left or right side and you should have a small hole/handle that will allow you to pull it off. Be gentle, but firm.

If they are not there, they are in a panel under the dash on the driver's side.

Either way they will be marked "FUSES".

BUT.. some may still be located under the hood near the battery most likely.

You have some in the car either located on the drivers side. Or in the glove box. There is also a fuse box under the hood on the drivers side.

There are a couple of places. The big ones are under the hood on either front fender covered with plastic doors. They will be marked so don't break anything. There is also another one behind the glove box. Good luck.

passenger side on the side panel near the glove box, or under the hood on the driver's side.
