No he cannot. However if you can't spell properly or use proper English you are going to have a hard time at any age to get a real JOB.

You can't get a real job but someone may hire you for a few hours a week doing odd jobs.

First, you have to obey labor laws. You're not allowed legitimate work until you reach the age allowed by law.

nope, it's against the child labor laws.
there are some exceptions if the parents own the business i think.
