PowerDVD is a wonderful program for that :) If you put the DVD in the drive, play it and press C to capture. Once you've done that, you need to open up your graphics program (Paint should come standard with Windows, I use Paint Shop Pro) and paste the new image, then save it. There you go! A screencap!

VLC media player has a built in screen capture function.

Get a copy of" InterVideo WinDVD 4" and use the capture function.
