Gertie, you make this a really hard question Just one year and only one? Well my favorite one is a 1969 C /10. I remember when a friend of the family came by with it when he bought it new and he kept it till 1983 and sold it to my father. I ,in turn bought it from Dad in 1989 and still have it and working on restoring it.Trouble is I can't let it sit long enough cause I love driving it. I put a "stroker" motor in it and last summer a new Dodge Hemi came around me with it to the floor. I was in 2nd gear and tromped my Chevy and blew his doors off. I can tell ya the least / worst truck Chevy came out with was the SSR revered to as GM's answer to the Edsel

Many people will have different answers to this one. Mine was the 90's all of them 2000 till they put them ugly *** front ends on them. The new 2007 chevy's look mean as hell though. I just ordered one last week. I have a 1998 Z71 right now that is Victory Red very pretty truck.

I agree with "Master of None". except that body started in 1973. I myself would also throw in the 1969 through 1972 in as being great trucks. The thing is, Chevy never made a bad truck as long as your only talking full size. I hate S10s, unless they have a small black shoehorned between the frame rails

1971-72 cause they had the best body style and they were solid reliable trucks, the 1973-80 Chevy trucks aren't too far behind and you still see many of those trucks on the road today.
