I've done it b4 but forget how I did it..... How do I delete past restore points that I dont need any longer. It said something to the effect ( remove all restore points prior to the most recent)

I know how to do a restore I want to remove all old restore points because they are wasing space

I understand the zeal to delete anything that takes up space. But unless you have a really old system deleting your restore points wont do much at all. Deleting the silly programs that come with a computer and those that you will never use will. The Demos, DVD players, microsoft money, etc. etc. Windows games, wallpapers and such as well. Leave the restore points alone

In XP click start, than help. Under tasks pick system restore...follow the promps. I wouldn't remove the past restore points, I'd just leave them.

go start menu , accessories, system tools and then you shoulf find system restore
