I think its a new character their going to introduce to the story line and I think its a man.

I think he is schizophrenic and he's imaging it to be Valerie. They showed him get into the shower with Valerie but Valerie made the statement that " I don't know who you are cheating with but..." Either that or it is Siren and she can look like someone else.

I think that Chad's mystery partner may be another man. He may be gay and does not want anyone to find out in fear that it may ruin his career.

it is a dude.... they want us to think it is valerie, but i dont think it is. i cant think of any guys who it would be, so probably someone new.
