anytime you choose a plan on any cellphone service,unless it's a prepaid or pay as you go plan, they will run a credit to make sure you don't have any outstanding cellphone charges that you haven't paid.they run credit check so they know what credit line to offer you.hope this help you

depends on how many lines you have or going to start with and your credit history, so you could have a deposite, but you can get it back in a year with intrest

Most all contract plans do, pre-paid don't
