If they are really flirting then i dont think to highly of them, but if someone just says that's what they are doing, then more than likely they are just threatened by them. and they need something to blame the fact that they themselves are losers and possibly jealous. Girls tend to use the "OMG she is such a who re" when thats not it at all.

they are annoying and some really know how to get what they want, even respect, even though they sleep around. however, they have a hard time staying serious in any relationship and so that causes problems for them and the guy.

They are a joke.
They don't actually get any respect, and are only tolerated by those they flirt with until they tire of them.
Flirting is no substitute for a brain.
