It should, depending on the color of your cashmere shirt. But I hope you dabbed (not wiped) all the liquid off that you could and I also hope you are planning on taking it to a dry cleaners. Yes, if it says dry clean then take it to a dry cleaner and tell them what it is and how long it's been on. But taking it to the dry cleaners always puts you at risk because they are not liable for anything that happens to your clothing. Because cashmere is such a delicate fiber i'd deffinately be careful.

Look on the care label and follow instructions before it dries. If it says Dry Clean Only, get it to the dry cleaners now. If you can't do that, call the dry cleaners and ask them what to do.
