I have started a new workout program and eating diffrently, can this cause it..iam really worried iam pregnunt but the test is wrong..any help would be great..

your body may be reacting to the change but for peace of mind get a blood test it will tell you for sure good luck!!!

You're body can play tricks on you. It does weird things at weird times. Most of the time when a female does not get her period at the time she's suppost to, then there's a good reason. Most of us think, that we're pregnant. But that's not always the case. It can have alot to do with stress, job change, fighting with your other half, family loss, change in diet, stressful activities. If you really want to know if you are pregnant then i would suggest a blood test. Now if you aren't able to pay for the blood test, then just try to relax. Usually when all the stressful things go away, our best friend (that happens once a month) usually returns.

sometimes changing your routine or diet can cause you to miss your period because it's not what your body is used to, if you want a more definite answer on whether or not you're pregnant you should get a blood test done

if you are that concerned i would reccomend getting a blood test done. i have had these scares before too. a lot of things can do this, if your depressed or like you said changing your diet.. good luck

Maybe you are not. My best friend missed her period for 3 months and still not pregnant. Just to be sure, check with your doctor.
