Sometimes the truth comes out when people are angry. Other times the angry person says the meanest, rudest things they can think of to hurt someone. The only way you'll know is to ask them for the truth once they've calmed down.

I believe that deep down, it surfaces and becomes very easy to spout out exactly what you really feel since you are angry. One can then say, 'Oh, I didn't mean it", when actually they really did. I know because I always seem to do that. When I get angry or in an argument, I will say things that I really mean, whether or not it hurts because the excuse can be that I said it because I was angry. If I wasn't angry, I wouldn't say it because I wouldn't want to hurt the person's feelings. But, when angry, I feel, at that time, they deserve to have the honest truth about what I truly feel.

Yes, people mean what they say when getting angry.
For example, when someone is angry at you and you are really fat, to vent off their anger they will shout at you and say you are fat. This is truth and they mean what they say.

But the ironic part is,, most people regret what they say about the ugly thing they mean to say. People can get along because everyone is telling white lies to not hurt others. People mean what they say when angry but people regret it later because it hurt other person and the relationship.

Yes, because in angry you say what you feel. A person couldn't talk that fast if they didn't mean. I alot of people try to hide their angry but it will come out sooneer of later. It's something no one can control. It's a way of life.

When people get really angry, and start shooting their mouth off, they often times say things they don't mean. That has been my personal experience, at least.

No, I mean once your strategic buttons have been pushed you can say a lot of things just for the sake of getting that anger out of your system but it's just the heat of the moment, as you go and apologize if you really meant what you said you wouldn't say I'm sorry.

i think so. it's sort of like when your drunk, and the protected thoughts in your brain are revealed in an accidental way. when your angry, those thoughts are your true thoughts.

which is why i tend to many people angry sometimes. it's a bit cruel, but i need to know what people really think of me, and i will make them mad in some way.

people tend to have a game face, always smiling. but deep inside they may resent you. and all they need is a little bit of fuel, and BOOM! whatever is in their head is in yours now.

They say what they mean at the time. Anger as well as all emotions alters the way we view the world. Just their mood may change, so may their opinions on the subjects they will talk about.

It's a partial truth. Say you're fighting with someone you care about over the outcome of a bad decision they made and you scream "god, you're so stupid!!" You probably don't really think that person is stupid but your anger triggers an uncensored response based on your disappointment.
