Guy gets up in the morning, leaves his gf in bed, goes out gets into his car and as he is pulling out gets hit by a white van, then the gf keeps reliving it and running out trying to stop it...

Don't think it's any of those :( the girl has short black hair, kind of soft goth look. Runs out in her underwear to try and save her bf, video only takes place in their apartment and a little car park...

When it comes to the chorus, I think it says something like... bla bla bla "always revolves around YOU" and on the you the chorus drops and the van hits...

sounds like nickelback - the song is "someday" or it could be "far away" but im not too sure sorry.
