Looking for a midwife!?

I live in the San Jose, Bay Area of Califonia USA! I am looking for a midwife that is VBAC supportive & has the means to take on such a case! Is anyone out there a midwife in my area or know of a good one?

*** I have been to the site where you can search for one, but I really want references by name & experince...Anyone know of a good one?

Contact your local La Leche League group, doulas and childbirth educators in your area for names. Also, if there is a chapter or ICAN around, they would be a great resource for you.
