Beauty is in the eye of the beholder so I guess every one has a different idea of the perfect shape. I always wanted to look like and have the body of Meg Ryan. That is totally unrealistic for me so I am dealing with what I look like now. I'm not so bad.

I don't think there really is any "perfect shape". The whole concept of having a so-called perfect shape is artificial, and I think as long as everyone is looking after themselves, eating right, sleeping well and exercising, i.e. maintaining theri health, they should be proud of their bodies and satisfied with the way they look.

depends on what it's the shape of. Perfect shaped apple? Perfect shaped icicle? Perfect shaped woman? Perfect shaped man? (well in my opinion)http://graphics.jsonline.com/graphics/owlive/img/may05/armstrong053005.jpg

I know what I'm attracted to in a man. random things like broad shoulders, a certain height (not too tall, but not as short as me), nice legs are a plus. nothing of perfection though.

For women, I'd say an hour glass. A narrow waist, curves at bust and hip line. For guys, broader at the shoulders, narrowing at the waist.
