It's impossible to know. We haven't explored the entire universe yet.
However, theoretically, they do. The universe is infinite, and anything multiplied by infinity is infinity; so in theory, no matter how small the chances are of life existing, there is an infinite amount of them.

i believe alien. this intelligent life form must be exist for a long time. maybe be4 our civilization and the already develop their planet into a supermulti modern and hi-tech planet and believe that they are billions of light years from earth. UFO have been seen by many people and it think UFO is the hi-tech transport which could travel ont a speed of xxxlightyear/second. actually we are also a alien to other alien in universe. the alien wants to investigate about another life form in universe as we done it also....
