Target your homies and then tap the ^ key the gansters will join you know and will shoot (not very accuratly) at any one you attack hope this helps

you cant recruit people (unlike saints row) but you do take over territories with ur homies and thats about as close as u can get to the better game..which is saints row.

you dont recruit people, you take over terretories. go to an opposing hood with another color and start a gang war until the hodd changes color and it becomes your hood.

I think you just approach them and press the ^ key on the directional pad?

you can recruit people after you took their teritory first
