I am a second year grad student- and I will be graduating in June. In the meantime I would like to start applying for jobs - but have to obviously finish my grad career first(I am without a doubt graduating in June). What is the best way to put this on my resume?

You can have it mentioned like this

- 2005 - present - Master courses in "Science" (or which ever your profile is), expected to graduate in June.

If you're applying for a specific job, you can actually have this matter detailed in the cover letter accompaning your resume. But usually it's good that the employer knows you're a fresh graduate to be, because a lot of them are in need of fresh people which they would eventually train to fit the exact requirements of their company.

Good luck!

Loveguppy? I don't think I want to know how you came up with that! Anyway, I think you should make it clear on your cover letter than you'll be completing your masters program in June and will be available for employment after that date. That way, if the employer needs someone immediately, she's aware that you're not the right candidate. On the other hand, if the company is flexible, they might be more than willing to wait for you to finish.

BTW, congrats on completing the masters. I wish I had your dedication!

Put an "expected date of graduation".
