Cut the finger off, take the ring off and then stick the finger back on

No, but I've stuck my fingers into a few tight rings in my time, and had no problem getting it off either!

Get a bowl of icy water, put a little soap in it and swish your hand around in it for 2 or 3 minutes. The ice water will cause your finger to become smaller and the soap will help the ring to slide off.

Best wishes!

Put your hand into a bowl of soapy water with lots of ice in it - your fingers will get thinner and the soap will help slip the ring off your finger. Otherwise it is the chop - either the ring or the finger!

I managed to take mine off with some fairy liquid squirted along the edge of the ring. Wait a minute or so then massage around the ring whilst holding finger under the cold running tap. It should just slip off then.

Every day...mine is too tight for my middle finger and too loose for my ring finger. Just wet your hands to slide it off, but be careful it doesn't fall down the drain.

my fingers became swollen when i was pregnant, and i had a struggle to get a couple of my rings off. in the end i used Vaseline. just be careful not to be too rough when u are trying to pull the ring off - you will end up making you finger sore, it will swell up, and then u won't stand a chance of getting your ring off. if it does start to swell, soak it for a while in cold water. worst case scenario, you will have to go to the doctors or A&E to get the ring cut off. good luck !!!

Yes! I used soap and water to pull it off. This also happened to me once when I was shopping for rings but gladly I was able to pull the ring off my finger!

Many a time....keep hands cold and apply either liquid soap or handcream. gently work the ring over the knuckle. If all fails I`m afraid its a trip to a jeweller to have it cut off
