Hmmmm, I would suggest you dip the hedgehog in boiling water I(using gloves, of course) in order to loosen the peel from the hedgehog. Immediately pull out the hedgehog and plunge it into ice cold water. Your "hog" will be ready for easy peeling then. This method works well on tomatos and turtles and it's bound to work well on hedgehogs too.

Williams Sonoma has a machine strictly for this purpose, of course it's a little pricey... about $350 for a countertop version of the hedgehog peeler

first bash it on the head with a sharp rock the soak it in extremely hot water the rub its skin...itll come off easily!!!!!

coccoon it in mud and bake in embers it will all come off when cooked
