Recently I've notice young people walking while hand on their croutch....And other folks walking with their pants down and we can all see their underwears...
What kind habit is this and when did it started?

The fashion of a young man showing his underpants above his trousers started in prisons. If a young guy wore his pants like that, it was a sign that he was ready to be ... er ... "intimate" with another man, or a number of men. In other words, it's a covert invitation to male rape.
I think putting your hand on your crotch might be a Latino fashion, drawing attention to your manhood in a sexually aggressive way. I guess to demonstrate that you have "balls".

It started in the early 90's with the wigger look kids trying to act black im not trying to sound racist that's just what I knew it was called.....
