no i haven't and i don't think i need to. i once went to curves after i had my baby and she said i wasn't serious enough for their club because i didn't set a high enough of a goal, that i should have wanted to lose more weight. i am only 4ft8 and i was weighing 115 at the time, i wanted to lose between 5 and 10 lbs at the most, my biggest concern was to tone up loose skin and build back muscle. she said i should lose at least 20 to 30 pounds! are they sick in the freakin heads!?! i would have weighed less than the average 8 year old kid after losing (and paying for) what she said i "needed" to lose! what freaks! don't call them if you are just a little overweight. they don't want you to lose what it takes to get healthy, they want your freakin savings!$!$!$!

i might propose they get their eyes examined as i'm tiny and narrow! Lol in my view i think of that as believers we would desire to continuously take care of the bodies God gave us by eating healthful and taking wide-unfold workout. If we do replace into obese besides as finding for techniques to lose the burden we would desire to handle the matters that made us obese interior the 1st place. Do you devour extra once you're bored? Do you devour extra once you experience down interior the dumps? Do you devour too many severe fat ingredients and too few veg and fruit? what's your techniques-set to workout? the terrific element to do is strengthen a healthful existence type and weight matters many times take care of themselves.

No and no. I don't need to go on a diet, but if I did I wouldn't go on that one, the food looks like crap and it's overpriced.
