okay so after having my nano stolen a couple of days ago i bought a shuffle new little tiny silver 1 2nd gen. i think ans when i plug it in to the computer i have windows xp it says it doesnt recongnize the device and to replace it what does this mean? please help i have no songs on mine.

The usb in the front of your computer is probably a low powered 1.0 usb port. You need a high power 2.0 or higher try the back of your computer.

try plugging it into another usb port
