Divorce situation. After a long 3 year divorce....judge made a decision. Ex wants to re-trial. Does anyone know if this does ever happen? A re-trial?

Yes, it can and does happen if he can persuade the court that there are good reasons to look at the matter again.

The requirements for re-trials are usually set forth in the statutes of your state. It is unlikely that the dissolution itself will be retried ... unless there was some gross error, but property and custody issues can be re-opened.

it can happen but it has to be a very good reason with proof which is very hard...
