Yes, I went through there a year ago. It was an off day, between Christmas & New Years and not much going on, lots of things were closed. It's a small town, quite old by western standards. There's a college there. That's about it. We gave it an hour and moved on.

I went there about 9 years ago. It was fun for a visit and a good time, but I really can't imagine living there. Of course, I am sure there is more to Las Vegas than the strip. People must do more than go to shows and gamble there. I understand they have a very good University.

yes! just this weekend from ct. but out of all the weekends there i was there when it was really cold. i didnt gamble all that much but there was so much to do so u can blow ur money on the attractions. totally worth it if you save up or are invited to go.
