yesterday i put a nestting box for my parakeets in there cage and the mom (tango,that has already and her first bunch) went in there as normal and the dad (kit-kat) was checking it out but then i saw one of the kids, but she is grown up, go into the box with the mom.
what r they doing r they just being friends or somthing else.
will that the kid get any ideas that about being the parent... if so what can i do i dont want this to be something really weird....if u know wat i mean

They'll be fine; they're just curious. If it bothers you, separate them into different cages!

Animals don't distinguish sisters, moms, dads, brothers, cousins etc.....they breed to keep the species going and that's it. You will have to seperate them.

Seperate them into a different cage if this bothers you.
