the thing is in my school we want to make a basketball team but here in Mexico City girls are not encoreged to play sports. we made a petition and tried to show them we could play! What else can we do to be noticed by our school principal?! and start a team!!

Have a pep rally! Maybe even get your female teachers involved. Play a huge kickball tournament, and with every girl that plays on a team, you get two votes to having a team or something. If some girls don't want to play, have them serve drinks and other refreshments. Get everyone involved to show your school you mean business!

if there aren't girls teams in Mexico City, then who would you play against?
i would say go up against the boys team and show the school that the girls can play too.
