i want really bright, noticable eyeshadow. i dont have 8bucks to spend on one thing of eyeliner. have any good resonable priced eyeshadow? or something that will make mine show up more??

MAC is great indeed, but more expensive then what you are asking for. I have used so many brands having been in the modeling industry for years. MAC even gave us a discount, but it was still expensive.
Here are a couple of alternatives that I liked very much: Rimmel and Prestige brands. The Rimmel is at Wal Mart and the Prestige is at Walgreens. Someone also mentioned Milano and I think that is at Target.
Anywaym the absolute best eyeshadow, and longest lasting for me was the Prestige brand. It even beat out my Chanel (which is way too expensive!!). Give it a try. You may even want to buy an eyeshadow base cream that will help your shadow last longer.
When you do want to spend a lot more money you can go for the MAC or even Urban Decay, which are great. Prestige is just as great! Honestly, give it a try!

Mac is one of the best but too expensive. Try the brand called MILANI. Its about $3 and they have it at Walgreens and some Rite Aids. It has pigment similar to Mac.
To make it show up better and last, put a primer on your lids. Your foundation may be used for this. Then dip your brush into water and then the eyeshadow and then apply. The colors will be more vivid.

Check out Claire's or maybe even see if you can get MAC on Ebay at a cheap price. Your best bet is to check out local teen stores, because they usually carry brighter makeup than usual. Hope this helps! :)

If you can't afford mac loreal has a brand called HIP(high Intensity Pigment) you can find it at target.

they work great!
