I am 20 years old. 5 foot 6 and 120 pounds.
My natural breasts are 34 E. So, yeah really skinny with big boobs.
I hate them!!!!
I feel like a big pile of boobs. Men are always looking and people are always asking if they are real or not.
What types of shirts can I wear to work that make them look smaller?

Not ultra low v-neck shirts... and if you do like v-necks, wear a cami underneath. To keep the attention away from your boobs, for example, you could wear a cream v-neck with a pretty and lacy cami underneath.

Or where a neutral shirt, and where a skirt with an interesting design to work (or where ever you are going).
Try to wear a plain shirt and pants/shoes that will atract (positive) attention.
Also, if you were to wear a brightly colored/sparkly shoe (as in heels or pumps), people would look at your feet.

Hope that helped!

Hello :) I have a big chest as well, and I think that wearing darker colors helps conceal it better, even though you cant wear dark colors all the time, how boring! Maybe try wearing pants with patterns on them or pinstripes to draw attention downward. I think wearing a slight v-neck shirt might help as long as its not too low.

I have big boobs too but i lost weight so they are not as big theyre still a dd but i have friends who still have the problem they wear two bras or ive heard of taping them down im not sure what kind of tape...anyway also stay away from white or light colors they are not your friend when it comes to that trust me but black minimizes them makes the look smaller and buy shirts that have a stretchy material also try buying shirts one size bigger. try sports bras too and see how they work for you

You can buy "Minimizer Bras" that contain the breasts firmly and actually make them look somewhat smaller. Don't wear anything tight and try some jewelry or pin that pulls the eye to it rather than the bustline.

You should layer or wear low-cut shirts, don't over do it though because it could draw more attention to your breasts. Also wear nice colorful or designed belts or different accessories to draw attention away from that area. Lastly learn to live with it because they will always be like that unless you get plastic surgery. Good Luck!

I would say wear a sports bra because it will make them appear alittle smaller...Then layer on top or your shirts so that your not emphasing on your breast. For an examply you can wear a top then wear a sports jacket, vest, or regular jacket....I hope this helps! Don't hate your boobs!!!

I totaly get it - I have the same problem.
V-neck tops, not too low cut, but if you fing something pretty and low cut, wear a cami.
Button down shirts work well too, but you have to get them to close over the boobs and then get them tailored in the waist.
Wrap tops do wonders as well.

In a society where women get boob jobs, it seems weird that someone would want to make them look smaller.
Most insurance companies will cover the costs of a reduction. That may be something you want to look into?
