I had a message come up on my screen advising that due to updates being done to Yahoo answers that the site may not function correctly

I think it's gone weird. In spite of me asking it to remember my name & password when I log in to Yahoo Mail, it keeps asking me for them, instead of remembering them for next time. If this is the "weirdness" you are referring to, it's not you, it's everyone. The main Answers page seems ok, but the Yahoo UK Ireland one, with all the options, has gone a bit funny today.

Sounds to me like you just downloaded a virus and if you have adequate antivirus stuff then you can combat it, if you don't you should either ugrade or not use this site.

Sounds like you may have spyware on your pc.
