military dictatorships that spend all the wealth on the military at the expense of basic human rights and living conditions - they often have to though or they will be attacked by a neighboring nation

Africa is not a single entity so it is difficult to say that there is a major problem in "Africa". Speaking from personal experience, however, I would say the problem that affects the largest part of the continent is poor and corrupt governments.

Poverty, Deadly Diseases: AIDS..., Starvation, No homes, Wildlife, Danger of Animals, Terrorism, Nothing is organized, People looking for hope everyday but are not getting anything out of it, No education, Hard Jobs, Deaths, No money, Not enough food or shelter, Orphan Children who need to be loved.















WHY DOESN'T BUSH WORRY ABOUT THIS THAN WORRYING ABOUT MAKING MONEY??????????????

Too much interference from outside. Some countries there are still barely out of the iron age. And we go in to make them like we are. We being Europeans and Orientals.
