If you know when you had your last period, count 14 days from the LAST DAY you had your period. This is the day that you are receptive and could get pregnant. It seems like a small chance, but good thing is that sperm can live in your body for five days. So try to concieve between 9 to 14 days after the last day of your period.

Don't stress about it when God is ready for you to get pregnant you will. It seems that most people that are freaking out and want to be pregnant NOW are made to wait even longer. So try not to think sleep and eat baby! LOL!

Me and my husband had some trouble also. He smokes and drinks alot of sodas and caffiene drinks. But he went a whole month without everything and drank alot of OJ and bam the next month we were pregnant. I hope this helps... Also, if he can't commit to doing this..then maybe no baby is good. Best of luck.

A lot of things factor in here...age is one of them. But if you are sure you are ready, you and your partner need to commit to it full time. Avoid alcohol, drugs, and smoking (both of you) and eat a balanced diet and include folic acid by taking a supplement. After six months of trying and still no pregnancy, visit your OB/GYN and discuss your options. There are a few methods he can prescribe to help stimulate ovulation in your body. Good luck.

keep on trying, it's god who ends up making the final decision whether to bless you with a child or not. no matter what you try, it's up to Him.
On another note, keep on trying the regular way, every second day, elevate hips for 30 minutes after and start trying on the 12th day after you get your period.
lots of luck.

What's the hurry? Get married and settled first. Trust me, it will be easier. Having a wedding while pregnant, or with a baby, is probably not very fun.

I'd get married first, no one wants to be a fat bride. But if that absolutely cant wait, you could start taking ovulation tests.. and have sex on your days you ovulate.
