hameroid cream help?

iv been using this cream for about 4days and it hasnt help what should i do
i hate my eyebags and i want to get rid of them fast anythng i could try and home which would really clear them in about 2/3days
please help!!!

You can try cold cucumber slices, apply for about 30 minutes...then put on a concealer.
