Why won't you kids tell you?

Otherwise (although I am slightly fishy)

Press F8 repeatedly before the Windows XP loading screen comes up
Choose Safe Mode with Networking
Then login with the username ' Administrator' which should have appeared (no pass).
Go to control panel, create a new administrator account with a secure password.
Restart your machine and login to your new account, then remove the Password on your old account, make them a limited user.

Other steps include changing BIOS password. But honestly, if you really are their Dad, just force them to tell you.
