have you looked into Bradley child birth classes?

they have been a big help for me

the book husband coached child birth is also good (if you get your coach to read it)

I am pregnant and also want a natural birth,so I've been reading up on these things.I heard about something where they inject sterile water into 4 specific spots along your spine. That is supposed to decrease the pain with no side effects of course.I also read about a device that sends some kind of electric pulse to your nerves to reduce pain(sounds a little scary, but from what I've read it's not scary or dangerouse at all).

I did have some pain medication in my IV but I considered it pretty natural. I listened to music and my husband rubbed me. Breathing exercises worked pretty well but not toward the end. I did keep pretty focused. I Also read magazines in the early stages until it got rough

I applaud you
