I'm 13 weeks pregnant. I thought I had to throw up but instead spit up like two spoons of blood. Doc thinks its a tear from retching but I havent had ANY morning sickness. Going to see her tomorrow but what could this be?

It could be a tear, but it also could be a bleeding ulcer. It's hard to say without tests.
Try not to freak yourself out. If it's only happened once, wait until you see your doctor. If it happens more than once again before you go, however, you should make a trip to the ER.

So it doesnt have anything to do with being pregnant although you should definatly get it checked out or it could result in somthing bad.

Hard to say, but: (a) it probably has nothing to do with pregnancy, and (b) could be serious. As to what sort of serious, I don't know; there are lots of possible answers and most of them are bad. Your doctor will want to investigate this in detail.
