I think a title for wrestlers over 45 to compete against would be a good way to prolong some guy’s careers and to have some nostalgic matches and feuds.

That would be a great idea. But there are a few problems with this concept.

These guys were mega stars in the 80s but the wrestling back then isn't the same as the wrestling we see today. With a lot of todays' fanbase being young, most of them won't have the patience to sit through an old-school match.

Also, pro wrestling puts a tremendous amount of wear and tear on your body. A lot of the reasons why those guys aren't wrestling anymore, is because they can't handle the physical aspect of the business anymore.

Me, I'm an old-school fan and would love nothing more than to see the past superstars relive old feuds, but it just wouldn't work with today's fanbase

The only ones still in wrestling today that are over 45 are Ron Simmons, Ric Flair, Terry Funk, and JR and King. The only one who actually wrestles is Ric Flair, so he will be the longest reigning champion not having any title defenses.

Wow what wrestlers over 45 years of age do we have? Ric flair, Ron Simmions, Piper, Rhodes? Wow you talk about fans chanting tna at raw now. Imagine how loud the tna chants would be if that happened.

Sounds like a good idea but the talent pool is too thin for it to happen
