I don't do either, my husband on the other hand.... he has hit me a few times and likes to wave them in the air when he is sleeping.

do you realize that is the best way to hit your partner and get away with totally,
think about it, everyone is sleeping, all of a sudden whack right int he face or in the stomach, and then you snore and your partner is in pain, they may get mad, but hey it was like a total accident...the best way to get back at someone and not get in trouble for it
yes I do it some times ( no not hit people, swing my arms when I am dreaming)

I grind my teeth really bad when I sleep. my boyfriend punched me in the eye the other night while we were sleeping. not a fun way to wake up

Thats the "Jimmy Leg". Now its a syndrome. Restless leg syndrome RLS. You can get a pill for it.
