I dont understand why girls dont like me am I not attractive? it seems as though when I first meet a girl she likes me and than she stops right when I get intrested, here is a description of me I usually wear tight polos with an undershirt and some jeans I have straight brown/blonde hair and light blue eyes I usually put some dry wax in my hair to make it a little curly ( its straight) I do have a little bit of acne but im trying to prevent that, I am somewhat athletic and can run a mile in 7:04 i am also kind of short but I only got my growth spurt a while ago, I have to shave about every 1-2 weeks and I am in 8th grade tell me what wrong.

I only get some acne on my forhead were I sweat , and do girls think im gay i am quiet and dont try to impress any one

maybe you don't have enough confidence? my suggestion to you, is wait until high school and then go about finding a girlfriend. i know you think it's dumb to wait, but seriously, it is much easier. when i was in 8th grade i remember a guy in my class that looked like the same description as you and he never had a girlfriend. once he started high school he got a girlfriend, and several other girls, including myself found him attractive and wanted to date him. just wait, because you mature alot once you're in highschool and girls notice that sort of thing! give it time, you WILL find a girl, don't sweat it.

Well, since usually girls stop liking you after you get interested, maybe you come on a little too strong? I don't know you or anything, I could be completely wrong, but maybe turning down the intensity and playing it cool for a while longer would help. Cause, I can't think of any reason girls wouldn't think you're hot :-) nice mile time

You describe how you look, but you don't describe how you act. Maybe it is your personality. Do you change after you become interested in the girl?
How is your hygiene? Brush your teeth daily and shower daily? Use deodorant every day? (Just a thought)
Okay, and as for being in the eighth grade and people telling you that you need to focus on school and not girls, I know that is impossible! My daughter is 15 and having a social life (including a boyfriend) is an important part of being in school and being socially accepted.
Have you considered seeing someone that is not from your school? See how that works out for you.

You're in 8th grade, that's why they don't like you. That's middle school?... boys and girls who "date" then aren't serious 99% of the time, so try to relax about the whole thing. You're what, 13? Next year comes high school and it's a whole new ballpark. You'll also be amazed when you can drive or have friends who can drive and start meeting people outside of your school district.

There's nothing wrong with you, other than you are a teenager. Believe me, it gets better from here. I'm sure you are attractive now but you'll be even more so as you get older and go on to college. Right now, you should be more worried about getting good grades, so you can go to college and get a job later. I'll let you in on a secret. -- girls are attracted to guys that are successful and confident!!

THis is whats wrong. Your in 8th grade!!! Guys and girls arent even fully matured yet. Give it another year or so and there will be somebody who likes you for you and not just how often you shave and how fast you run. That doesnt have to do with somebody thinking your attractive.

I don't think disliking you had anything to do with the way you look, cos you mentioned girls like you at first, then run away .. so maybe it's the way you treat them, maybe you're the clingy,needy type, or someoneo who's too sweet n'that really scares alota' girls off.
I think it's the way you act around them...nothing to do with the wax you put on ur hair! lol
I think you're cute, so just act nice, be yourself.. & alota' girls will like you.

maybe it's not the clothes you wear, but your attitude or personality. I don't know you so I can't judge you or tell you what is wrong. But you shouldn't change just to get a girlfriend. You are young, someone will come along and be a great match for you. Don't stress about it.

hmmmm... you sound like a guy that almost every girl would like. Your athletic, have the right clothes, and nice hair! If you think its the acne try proactive the 20.00 one. It does work, you have to apply it every day! Sorry if this didn't work. ♥
